30th November 2023 Hiking - Walking: Around Felixstowe Wind Direction: Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: sunny and cold Max Speed: Distance Covered: Thursday 30th November - walks **** – Around Felixstowe - sunny but chilly. Walk 1. I had to go to the physio at 9 for some more work on my knee and after some light rain this morning the paths were deadly and I nearly feel over three times before I reached the end of the road! Then after my appointment I risked the icy paths and headed through the town, down the pram walk to the prom to take some pics to send to the TV weather and despite the cold it was lovely helped with some lovely sunshine:) I made it as far as the new beach hut village before returning home for breakfast. Walk 2. With our lovely hairdresser Sue coming this afternoon Mag and I had time for a walk after lunch heading once again down to Felixstowe prom as a huge container ship was slowly coming in. Once again it was lovely out, ideal for a stroll along the prom. In fact we made it all the way to Jacobs Ladder meaning we walked nearly 3 milesand home in time for a haircut. I also went to get Mary for a cut too and we all had a lovely afternoon. November has been a great month for taking pics and there might even be a little snow tomorrow but I am not holding my breath!
